I love everything about my oven except that I can't reach in from the front to grab my food, partly because I'm short and partly because the door is big. My daughter who is 5'8" has trouble too. Luckily it is easy to reach in from the side. I love the bottom that has the elements below it since it makes wipe ups so much easier.

This is a fine oven. It is simple, straight forward and easy to use. We particularly appreciate these qualities when manufactures seem to be competing to add more bells and whistles to their products. It is handsome, well designed and very functional. Exactly what we wanted.

The oven is great and it cooks so much better than our last. But it took 7 months to arrive and when it did it came broken so we had to wait even longer. But even though that happened it is still a good oven.

We've used the oven only occasionally. We updated the kitchen in anticipation of an approaching move. The times we've used it, I've been very pleased. I wish I had time to use all the features other than just baking before our move. When we redo the kitchen in the next place, I will definitely buy this oven again.

The GE wall oven has been awesome so far. Easy to learn controls, easy to clean. I am happy with the insulation within the unit-can put your hand on the door even at 400 degrees.

The wifi feature and the ability to control oven from a mobile device is a nice feature. Love how the cooling fan cools it down quickly after shutdown. And, it looks fantastic.

We love our new wall oven however the wifi feature leaves alot to be desired. It works then stops. You have uninstall it the reinstall it. You'll spend more time on the app than cooking

I was a little skeptical because I really wanted a convection. This is my first oven that did not have the convection option. It works amazing! Additionally, the WiFi option has saved me so much time.
Bonus points- the alert sound is the same as our washer/dryer so the familiarity was great to have!

I am going to be honest , I don,t find any fault with the oven, I just wish somebody can
tell me how to clean the oven. The vinegar and water is not the answer, nor steaming it.
I cooked some ribs, yesterday, and some of the drippings splashed in the very bottom of
the oven,and turned black. I don't want to use it again, until it is completely clean.

The oven works great. I like to beep it makes when it reaches temperature and how the timer will continue to go off in intervals if you don't reset, or turn it off, reminding you to attend to it should you get distracted.

Not a Great Oven -- Pre-Heating Function Sucks

This oven takes at least 22-25 minutes to pre-heat to 350.
That's a long time in today's world, and most new electric ovens can reach that temp in 12-15 minutes.
I called GE (Haier) to discuss the problem, and they told me that this model has a metal plate covering the bottom heating element. This is so you can pour water in the bottom of the oven and use the "Steam Clean" function.
But it's not just that this oven takes a long time to pre-heat. What truly sucks is that the display shows the oven is pre-heated when it's not. I think it must be measuring the temp below that plate, or the function is just time-based with the software written for the model without the stupid plate covering the heating element,
So with my brand new oven I have to use a $6 oven thermometer to make certain it is pre-heated to the correct temp.
GE (Haier) sacrificed basic functionality for a gimmick. I read the steam clean function doesn't even work as well at the self-cleaning cycle. I'll probably never use it.
When you're buying a 27" wall oven you don't have a lot of options. I only purchased this because Best buy couldn't deliver a Whirlpool model I ordered 3 months before, and told me I'd have to wait another 3 months, Living without an oven for 3 months already was just too much.
When this oven does reach the desired temp it does hold it very well, And the wi-fi function is great as you can at least start pre-heating before you even get home.
But one has to be very careful when baking something that requires a precise temp for a short period of time like cookies or baked eggs. If there weren't a massive shortage of appliances and the fact I lived without an oven for 3 months I would make Best Buy take it back.

This oven works very well, but it took awhile to figure out how to use the digital controls such as the timer and even setting oven temperature. I do like the blue tooth connectivity so that I can monitor what's happening with the oven even when I'm in another part of the house.

I've had the oven less than a week, but so far it's lived up to my expectations. I wanted a smart appliance that I could control with Alexa or the phone app. It's convenient to start preheating remotely so you can start baking as soon as you get home.
The oven seems spacious and I like that the lower burner is not exposed. (I replaced a 30+ year oven, so this was a novelty.)
I was able to install myself with no issues, except widening my cabinet by 1/2". The oven is sleek and modern looking and so far everything I've baked has turned out great.

This replaced the previous 'oven' that quit working after doing a quick clean and it was only 3 years old that nobody could find a control panel for it. Home warranty replaced it with this model after a 3-month search/wait time.
On to the oven:
The oven fit perfectly where the old one was removed.
The controls are easy to use (touch panel) and the inside is a beauty. The inside is grey with a smooth finish and the racks are coated and have a speckly-looking blue finish and really glide smoothly. The bottom is fully enclosed which will help clean up any spills. The WiFi capability to control the oven was an added bonus which was a little unexpected. It works as advertised. Haven't gotten around to using all the functions yet as we sorta got used to having no oven at all and only used our toaster-over and microwave. It's quiet except after use and the fan is cooling it down, but not loud enough to be unpleasant.
We are happy with it.

I love our new wall oven. The simplicity and convenience is unmatched. Go to the store, see the temperature of what I want to cook. Set the oven temp while checking out, and it's preheated by the time we get home. Link it with your Alexa devices to have hands free control while making a messy dish. The functionality and overall looks are absolutely stunning! Had to have minor alterations done to my cabinet space replacing a GE wall oven from 1963.
