Bought this refrigerator new and started getting E1F error codes after only 14 months of use just after the one year warranty expired. Customer service did nothing to help. I do not recommend LG refrigerators to anyone due to poor performance and difficulty in getting service. Now I am having to pay $800 out of pocket to repair a refrigerator that is just past one year old. This shouldnt happen to a $3000 refrigerator. LG doesnt stand behind their products.

I bought this refrigerator a year and a half ago and have been really pleased with it so far. Its pretty spacious for being a counter-depth fridge. Ive managed to stuff a whole Costco Pumpkin Pie in there and still have room for leftovers. If I have any complaints its that the fridge didnt come with an egg bin or a butter garage. Both would have been very handy to keep those items fresh and protect them from taking on various smells in the fridge. Having two ice makers has been great as the one in the door is fairly small and runs out after two or three people put ice in their drink. I dont often use the window to check the contents of the fridge so I think I probably could have done without it but otherwise its been a great fridge. Also thanks to LG I was able to get a replacement cover for the air filter since the one mine came with didnt fit the new air filter replacement cartridges. If youre in the same boat just go to https://lgecares.com/AirFilterCover/ and request a new one free of charge. For that alone Id recommend LG and this fridge.

The refrigerator looks nice and works fine though the layout would benefit from a better drawer layout. The in door upper ice maker has been nothing but trouble - it rarely makes ice generates error codes and cant be turned off the lower ice maker is fine.

We purchased the TV in December 2023. We received it on December 24 of 2023 and could not wait to receive this review so we could tell you how truly disappointed we are that the motherboard a.k.a. solid state board has totally malfunction. On top of that the technician instead of doing his research ahead of time was under the impression that he knew what was malfunctioning with the TV without even showing up at our home until it was time to repair once he arrived the technician discovered that he didnt have the equipment or tools to repair our eight month old TV. My wife spent an in ordinate amount of time researching this so-called OLED TV trusting your company to give us a really great product. We feel that your company owes us a new TV and that we should not have to rely on a repairman to fix a brand new solid State of the art TV. The repair man informs us that the part he needs to repair on our TV is coming from either Tennessee or California by tractor and trailer and would take a minimum of 10 days. I cant begin to tell you our disappointment in your product and until someone contacts us and makes this right we will not be satisfied as we are still waiting to hear from your repair personnel unfortunately I have had greater experience with a lesser priced apparatus than your supposedly great TV.

1st off. The 1st one I ordered was a lemon. Waited 48 hours and it didnt begin to cool. The compressor leaked a bit. Maybe dropped by delivery guys. 2nd of all Best Buy replaced it. The new one started cooling within an hour or 2. We absolutely love this fridge Its high end very clean looking. Its perfect with multiple ice trays that automatically fill up. Some say the shelving is weird. I love it. We just put milk in the spacious door shelves. Also its nice to stay in tune with all our LG products via the app. Lets us know of any issues. I love all my LG products from tvs to dishwashers. You guys are awesome

The Only Bad thing about this Refrigerator is the Upper Ice maker in Door is Bad and all the Technician says is No Matter what you do just defrost it and try it again and hopefully it wont Freeze up again. It did. this item was bought on 6/13/2024 was set up and running fine a week later due to an electrical powerfailure os SCE connectivity with WIFI was lost. after several unsuccessful attempts I tried LG chatbot and finally talked to a live person after scream phone transfer the last person told me she is the final escalation of this call and will refer to an LG application specialist who me call me in 2 business days. My LG refrigerator came with the wrong air filter cover. I have spoken to numerous representatives and supervisors and they keep sending me a replacement air filter not the air filter cover I have several reference number which changes every time I speak to someone new.. I have written emails to the president of the company and received no response. LG customer service is horrible and how can they sell a product with the wrong air filter cover? Now Im going to have issues because I cant replace the air filter. Horrible I will never buy another LG product ever again.

The LG exceeded my expectations. I was in need of replacing a 29 cubic foot full depth refrigerator. The desire was to finally have a cabinet depth unit to fit with the existing custom cabinets. My concern was capacity. I took a leap of faith and bought 2606 26 cf LG. Not only did everything fit...but I had room to spare. The storage space is incredibility well thought out. The ice maker and water filter in the door save space for the other items. I could not be more pleased.

Good and not so good

A nice looking unit but certainly not the quality of my retired 25-year-old KitchenAid although the see-through right hand door and ice maker left hand door certainly provide some pizzazz. If I had to do it over again I would forgo the ice maker in the door as it takes up too darn much interior room and doesnt work very well.

We have had the fridge right a 6 months. Door ice maker quit working. Kind of a headache to get warranty department on phone. But when I did they were helpful. Waiting on repair to be done tomorrow. Besides that overall happy with it

Our refrigerator experienced technical difficulties prompting us to contact Costco for assistance. A technician was dispatched to assess the situation. Initially the technician identified a potential issue with the compressor and the rubber seal of the freezer compartment which was preventing it from closing properly. He informed us that he would place an order for the necessary parts and return for a subsequent visit. However during his second visit the technician provided a different diagnosis. He stated that the white top drawer in the freezer compartment was not the correct one for our LG refrigerator model. He explained that it belonged to a different model and is a factorys fault and was causing the freezer door to not close properly. So now we have a refrigerator without a drawer and ice compartment in freezer drawer. Upon our request for written documentation of this assessment which could be submitted to Costco the technician declined to provide such a statement.

Very pretty Disaster - way to expensive

Very expensive for what it is. The first one I got destroyed my food. Didnt work. I called LG and they wanted to replace two major components that were not even slated as the problem. Thankfully I called Home Depot within 24 hours and they replaced it. From there the accessories are more the problem. For a $3300 refridgerator I dont expect problems with the water housing alignment and their support is just awful. Spent hours and everyone told me a different solution that didnt work. One created a flood in the fridge freezer and under the fride. What a mess. Ultimately the water filter housing that is a defect because when you take out the old filter the alignment gets thrown off so you cant put in the new filter. Getting it realigned is a real ...
