I moved into my house 16 years ago and the refrigerator was old then! It still worked but we were ready for a new fridge with a working ice maker. I wanted the same style, a side-by-side, and white. The new fridge is perfect! We love it.

When my first one started to go bad, I call the home office to see if it was under warranty, it was still I had 6 months before it expired. I told them that it just quit making ice. They sent a man to check it. The man said that the motor that dumps the ice was worn out. He reported what he found and told me to wait a few days for the office to call me back. The next day I received a call telling me that they are going to replace the whole refrigerator. I am glad that they stand by their promise. And I love the new one just as the old one

We found that while listed as the same size as one we replaced it is not. The inside configuration is different restricting placement of groceries.

I purchased my Frigidaire after the one that I had for 21 years finally gave out. It is the exact same model with a few minor updates, mostly cosmetic. I™™m having the same excellent experience that I enjoyed for the previous 21 years. And surprisingly, the price I paid was almost the same that I paid in 2003. Thank you Frigidaire!

I hate this refrigerator! Milk sours, other things freeze. It is worse than my 20 year old one that I had them take. Wish I had kept it! Only the ice maker was shot on it.

I wish it had more, and more adjustable, shelves. Also more bins for the doors. In my perfect world, the shelves would slide out like drawers (the way some cabinet shelves do, and the main rack in my oven), so that you could see, and reach, all the stuff that eventually gets pushed to the back of the shelf. If I store gallons of milk on the door, which I admit is handy, then all the little jars of condiments get buried on the shelf, pushed to the back so I can't see them, forget what's there, and they never get used. It's better to put those little jars on the door, where they can easily be seen and got to, and keep the milk, and bigger items, on the shelf. But that means I need more bins for the door, and they need to be very adjustable.

My preferences: Side by Side, external water & ice with separate dispensers (so I don't have to press a switch every time), 25+ Cu. Ft. and white. Have you tried shopping for such a fridge? I will save you time - Frigidaire makes the only one I can find. I replaced a similar Frigidaire 20 years old that was time to go. Very pleased with the purchase, and you will be too.This is what I don't love: They don't make a white fridge with all my preferences with a deli drawer. Seems crazy to me. If you want a deli drawer you need to buy a different color and model. Also, the two middle shelves are too narrow and slide off the molded holders on the side walls nearest the door (sit fine on the larger rear molded holders). I caught several times my two middle shelves falling down slightly weighted with milk, etc. The top shelf is fine and doesn't move side to side. The problem seems to be that the fridge walls are not likely straight enough and bow out, because the top shelf is tighter side to side. I replaced the two middle shelves that want to fall down with a deli drawer shelf and deli pan for a similar model fridge anyway, and used hot glue to hold it centered on the molded shelf holders nearest the door, and I think it is going to work OK. Even if I didn't add the deli drawer, I was needing to use hot glue to center the glass shelves so they wouldn't slide side to side and fall down. Would be nice if Frigidaire provided the part numbers or option to add a deli drawer to this fridge, or just make it with a deli drawer - but I think I figured it out and got the closest drawer to fit. I read other reviews of people buying a shelf and drawer too. Why white means no deli drawer is disappointing. White is still a good appliance color... even in 2024.I think it is a good value overall for a reasonable priced fridge, and if my deli shelf modification holds up, I will love it.

I wish I had the option of having one more slot to change height of shelves. Two of them could be a little smaller & 2 could be a little bigger also wish they could put lights in middle of fridge & freezer

This refrigerator is a piece of garbage. I have had nothing but trouble from it whether it be the internal hoses, or the drawers breaking. Frigidaire saw me coming and never again will I touch Frigidaire period

I would have given 5stars if the dispenser on the freezer door gave COLD water; it doesn™™t. This is very similar to my last refrigerator; I needed the size and configuration the same to fit the space. The price was reasonable and delivery was quick™"I had been living out of a cooler for a number of days (thank goodness I had a separate large freezer for my frozen items). Its not got a lot of ™bells and whistles™, but that™™s OK by me. I wanted a reliable brand, good internal space, ice and water hook-up and white exterior. This was it.

The ice cubes are way too small, unless you like taking a drink and getting an ice cube in your mouth every time. And it is constantly running, maybe due to air filter, but doesn™™t seem like that would be energy saving and cost efficient™¦. other than those 2 things we do like the refrigerator. So that™™s why the average middle of the road rating.

Our new Frigidaire refrigerator replaced our 25 year old one. We purchased the white and it looks beautiful. It has a smooth finish on the front compared to the textured finish on our older model. The unit runs almost all the time, which is fairly typical for refrigerators, but it does stop when one of the doors are opened. The ice maker produces smaller ice cubes than our previous refrigerator. The ice maker seems to function fairly quickly, but only makes a small amount of ice, so it took about two days to fill the ice holder in the freezer. I wished there was a lower light on the frige side - not really a big deal during the day, but if you open it at night with the lights off it quite obvious that top light can't reach the lower area if the frige is filled. This unit does not come with a deli drawer. If you want one you'll have to purchase a 3rd party one. The refrigerator run noticeably louder than our previous one, which is a little annoying. Hopefully, I'll get used to it.

Bought to replace a similar 14 year old model Frigidaire. Have only had it for 2 weeks and so far it seems to be working properly. Was disappointed by some lack of quality control - Fridge door was out of alignment with the Freezer door and needed a service call to adjust - doors are still not exactly in line but better than before; one of the door "basket shelves" in the refrigerator had several cracks in it which is being replaced by Frigidaire; and, there was a tear in the lining between the frame and the plastic insert on the refrigerator side which I fixed with some acrylic latex caulk. The ice maker is pretty loud when it loads with water and when it dumps the ice into the tray. Am hopeful that these "quality control issues" do not extend to the compressor, electronics or other key parts of this appliance, and that it is as reliable as I have come to expect from Frigidaire products.

This refrigerator works well temperature-wise, but I was dismayed to find that is does not have a meat/deli drawer, and only one drawer in the freezer. There are therefore two very high shelves in both the freezer and refrigerator side. I generally only have one shelf™™s worth of tall items, so there is a lot of unused space in both sides. That is a shame. Additional shelves (or, better yet, those missing drawers) would have been nice.

I replaced my less than 7 year old refrigerator with a Frigidaire Side by Side about 1 month ago. The old frig temperature control board had failed twice in 6 months and was not worth fixing again. My new Frigidaire gives perfect temperature control on both sides and the control panel is much more user friendly. I have plenty of storage on both sides for my needs with space left over. The ice maker is also very productive and give perfect sized cubes when needed. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This refrigerator / freezer was purchased to replace a 24 year old GE side by side that served its purpose incredibly well. So far, this replacement has picked right up where the GE left off with some added extra bells and whistles. For example, water filter for water dispenser which GE did not have, air filter, led lighting and a digital panel for ice, water, lights and temp control. Simple, yet elegant in functionality.
