We've only had it a little over.a week. It got cold really fast after plugging in and made ice quickly though. It seems to be an even temperature throughout so no frozen spots on the refrigerator side. A nice size. It kept prep for Christmas dinner and had decent space leftover. We bought this for a three person home and are pleased with the decision. Only problem is we had to return the original that arrived because there was a couple of decent sized chips in the black stainless overlay. Hopefully that won't end up a problem down the road.

Ice maker hasn't worked since delivery in March 2025. 5 service calls with 2 different companies replacing icemaker 5X, water valve selonoids, motherboard & additional insulation added & still doesn't work w/the last service call in Aug 2025. Customer service claimed in Sept 2025 that it was going to be replaced. No contact from Frigidaire either my mail, e-mail or phone call regarding us getting a replacement. We have called them back to find out what the status is & they only want to send out more repairmen.

Delivery guys were very good, I replaced my 12 year old Frigidaire Gallery side by side with this new one. Pretty much the same model, this one seems the same quality build. The only thing that is different that I belive was better on my old refrigerator was the ice maker was easier to get at and you can not see inside this one to know if it's full or how much ice is actually in it. Also the display on the door that shows the freezer and refrigerator temperatures does not stay on the only way to see the temperatures is by pushing the + / - temperature settings and it lights up for a minute then goes blank again. I do miss the removable drip tray in the water and ice section this one has none of water drips using the water dispenser it just runs down the front of the door.

The layout of the frig is good. The veggie bins slide in & out easily. The biggest complaint is the ice machine which only works intermittently. A previous unit had the same problem and was exchanged for the present one, and now it is having the same problem. I don't plan to purchase a Frigidaire again for that reason.

The fridge looks great and the storage options (shelving, drawers, etc) are exactly what we were looking for. However, performance has been lack-luster. Compared to our old GE unit (bottom chest drawer, single fridge door), which lasted 17 years, this Frigidaire unit has already proven unreliable.Almost immediately we noticed that food would not keep as long as with our previous fridge. Fruits and veggies in particular seem to build mold or go bad after about 5 or 6 days where our old fridge kept things fresh up to 10 days or so. We've changed filters, checked temperatures, and made sure nothing is blocking air flow. Everything seems fine, but food doesn't last as long.Then, about 4 1/2 months after installing the refrigerator, the ice maker just stopped working. The water line was fine, no blockages. I changed the filter (again) with no change. We also turned the ice maker off and back on a couple of times just to rule that out. Nothing worked. After about a week and a half, while we were watching TV we suddenly heard ice fall into the empty tray. Suddenly, it was working again for seemingly no reason at all.After 5 months of total ownership, I somewhat regret this purchase. The refrigerator does not keep food fresh for more than just a few days and I do not trust that it won't suddenly stop working even though its nearly brand new.

I™™m not someone to write a negative review but I™™m tired of big company™™s taking advantage of harding working people. We bought our refrigerator from Lowe™™s in April of 2025, last week we changed our water filter and our ice machine just stopped making ice, so we called Lowe™™s where we purchased our refrigerator they told us we had to call Frigidaire. We called Frigidaire, mind you our appliance is only 6 months old she said okay we have a call into a technician they will be getting ahold of you in no less than 48 hours. We waited and no one called, so we called back they gave us the same response and also tried to sell us a extended warranty and at that point we™™re like your not even doing anything for the 1 year warranty why would we invest in a extended warranty??? Then they gave us a number to call which would be the technician so we called that number it wasn™™t even a real number so we called back for a third time, by this time I™™m extremely frustrated she then said she would have someone get ahold of us in no later than 24 hours NO ONE CALLED. I wouldn™™t waste your money buying these new appliances, they are ripping people off and their company doesn™™t even care. I know personally I can™™t afford to buy a new appliance every 7 months and I think it™™s safe to say unless you™™re extremely wealthy no one can!

Brought it in February 2025 and the ice stopped working in October 2025. The water line froze and had to be fixed. Had to make a service call but that was simple and the technician that came out was great. Otherwise would have rated it a 5.

My 17 year old Frigidaire Galaxy had shelves that you could place wherever you wanted. What is so hard about making the new ones "user friendly" - more convenient??? I have almost zero choice of where to place the shelves in this new one. Wish the front of it was textured black like the sides and my old Almond one? Don't like the mirror effect of thefront - way too SHINEY - can see people way down the hall 20 ft away!

I am replacing a 20 year old kitchenaid refrigerator we bought after Katrina. I liked this one because it was bigger and the ice maker did not take up so much space in the freezer. I do wish I could do more adjusting of shelves, but overall a very nice refrigerator. The water and ice dispenser are good, but I'm afraid the push button screen will go out. I hope it lasts as long as the other one, haha!

We have only had our new refrigerator for a couple of weeks, but are truly enjoying it. It is a side by side and we love the automatic icemaker and water dispenser in the door. We also like the spacing in the freezer and even the area besides the water maker, which allows us to put a few more items..

The refrigerator is absolutely solid. We didn™™t need Bluetooth connectivity and some weird glass doors in addition to the normal doors that would require extra cleaning. Plenty of space for our family of 4 on both sides and very sleek. We are very happy with our purchase especially at that price point.

I had a French Door LG refrigerator prior that had compressor failure and was part of a class action lawsuit. I went and found this nice side-by-side, which is so much better. On the French door refer, all the frozen food gets loaded in the bottom and buried. This is much nicer. The only strange thing is the desiccant bad that gets stuffed in the veg-fruit crisper - it is an odd fit and could be designed better.

I almost didn™™t purchase this fridge when seeing all the negativity on the reviews. Happy to say we are so happy with this purchase. The doors are not crooked like many complained, it™™s not unlevel, and it™™s no louder than my old fridge. My only complaint is I wish the door was self closing. Otherwise it™™s beautiful.

The ice bin is enormous, with a capacity of 9 pounds. BUT, it's never even come close to producing a couple of pounds a day. During our hot days here in July, we have emptied the bin several times and have had to rely on bagged ice from a store. The rest of the refrigerator has been great. The water supply flows great, and the lighting is fantastic. The design of the storage bins and shelves is well thought out. Ours is black stainless steel, which is a misnomer. Stainless steel is not naturally black, so the color is a coating that will eventually scratch. It rolls easily, so when it's time to clean the dust bunnies, it will emerge from its hole with relative ease.
